When does my gift card expire?

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. However in exceptional circumstances (Covid-19) the business may be shut following government guidelines. All vouchers purchased in this time will have extended expiry dates once salon has been re-opened for clients to have full voucher length. Please get in contact with us directly to manage your voucher.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Please call 023 9217 8818 or email info@pebblehealthandbeauty.co.uk and quote the voucher code to redeem.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately refunds are not accepted on vouchers. Full voucher cost does not need to be used at one time, treatments can be booked to a higher value with remaining payment made at end of treatment. No cash exchange available for vouchers purchased.

What can vouchers be used on?

Vouchers can be redeemed against any treatment we offer at Pebble and can be used to towards any special offer we may currently be doing in the salon. They can not be redeemed against any products bought at this time.

My gift card didn’t arrive, where is it?

There is a short delay as the Gift Card is generated, it may take up to an hour for it to arrive in your inbox. If nothing appears, please check your junk mail as it sometimes gets picked up by the spam filter. If it’s still not there, please email us and we’ll make sure it gets to you!
